What are wet/dry labs?

Wet/Dry Labs play an important role in the development of surgical and practical skill for veterinary professionals through the means of small group teaching. The Equine Wet Lab will also be held on the farm at John and Catherine Fleming’s farm, V93 HF9P with emphasis on routine dentistry and corrective farriery of young horses. Companion Animal vets will attend a Dry Lab at MOD2 in the Gleneagle & INEC Arena in Killarney with the focus on The neurology exam, advanced surgical knots and suturing, and microscopy in dermatology masterclasses.
